Dit bezoek bracht 27 gemeenteambtenaren en jeugdwerkers uit Bulgarije, Kroati\u00eb, Portugal, Finland, Itali\u00eb, Letland, Roemeni\u00eb, Turkije, het VK en Nederland samen om praktijken en modellen van sociaal ondernemerschap voor jongeren en lokaal jeugdbeleid voor sociaal ondernemerschap te bezoeken en te verkennen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de inclusie van jongeren met een migrantenachtergrond.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens het studiebezoek konden de deelnemers een verscheidenheid aan praktijken en modellen van sociaal ondernemerschap onder jongeren en van mechanismen en structuren die dergelijke praktijken ondersteunen, zien en deze ervaring overdragen naar hun eigen lokale realiteit.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van het project was bij te dragen tot een beter begrip van jeugdwerkers over de wijze waarop de oprichting van sociale start-ups kan worden ondersteund die de sociale economie kunnen verbeteren en nieuwe werkgelegenheidskansen voor migrantenjongeren kunnen cre\u00ebren als een stap in de richting van sociale inclusie en integratie.<\/p>\n<p>Op de 28<sup>th<\/sup> In mei werd de ochtend besteed aan de presentatie van het bezoek, de doelstellingen ervan en de details van het programma, evenals een moment voor de deelnemers om elkaar te leren kennen en de middag met belangrijke concepten over sociaal ondernemerschap en het delen van goede praktijken van lokaal jeugdbeleid inzake sociaal ondernemerschap. De avond verzamelde deelnemers op een interculturele avond.<\/p>\n<p>De derde dag van het bezoek vond plaats in Cascais, waar contact werd opgenomen met de jeugdafdeling van de gemeente en haar projecten voor betrokkenheid van jongeren, alsook met de vereniging DNA Cascais. De middag werd buiten doorgebracht en bezocht de wijk Torre, waar de deelnemers de kans kregen om het \u201cTake it\u201d-project te zien en meer te weten te komen over de afdeling werkgelegenheid.<\/p>\n<p>Op de 30<sup>th<\/sup> Mei, het studiebezoek draaide rond het centrum van Lissabon. In de ochtend was er een bezoek aan de gemeente Lissabon, waarbij contact werd opgenomen met het ComNetNEET-project, dat tot doel heeft de werkgelegenheid voor jongeren te bevorderen en de sociale uitsluiting van jongeren te voorkomen. De middag van het bezoek was in TecLabs, een nieuwe sociale benadering van ondernemerschap door de Faculteit Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Lissabon.<\/p>\n<p>De laatste dag van het bezoek was voor het ontwikkelen van lokale strategie\u00ebn en actieplannen, evenals het verkennen van follow-upmogelijkheden en het evalueren en afsluiten.<\/p>\n<p>Dit project bestaat uit twee studiebezoeken, de eerste in Portugal (mei 2019) en de tweede in Nederland (oktober 2019).
