{"id":5474,"date":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5474"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","slug":"youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/training-course\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/","title":{"rendered":"Jeugd neemt de vloer: Een opleidingscursus over het vergroten van de deelname van jongeren aan besluitvorming"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jongeren nemen het woord: een opleidingscursus over hoe de participatie van jongeren in de besluitvorming kan worden vergroot <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">werd georganiseerd door DYPALL Network van 20 t\/m 26 maart 2022 in Braga, Portugal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeugdleiders, jeugdwerkers en gemeenteambtenaren die verantwoordelijk zijn voor jongeren uit 13 landen van de Raad van Europa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actief hebben kunnen deelnemen aan het delen van ruimte om de rol van jonge leiders in onze democratie\u00ebn beter te begrijpen en de besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau te verbeteren<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. De deelnemers ontwikkelden competenties om structuren en instrumenten voor jongerenparticipatie te cre\u00ebren en te ondersteunen die jongeren in staat stellen invloed uit te oefenen op en betrokken te zijn bij het ontwerpen van lokaal jeugdbeleid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijdens de training bezochten de deelnemers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Braga Jeugdcentrum<\/a>, die tot doel heeft een <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">normen van hoge kwaliteit voor het werken met jongeren. Ze kregen ook enkele inzichten over de organisatie van de 1e nationale ontmoeting van lokale jeugdraden in Portugal, geleid door Braga en Porto gemeenten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bovendien leerden deelnemers meer over het financieren van hun projecten via fondsen zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Europese Jeugdstichting<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De opleiding heeft ook bijgedragen tot een beter begrip van jeugdwerkers over de wijze waarop zij hun werk in participatieve structuren voor jongeren op lokaal niveau kunnen ontwikkelen door digitale platforms zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Toolkit voor het herladen van democratie<\/a> of<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> De Changemakers Kit<\/a>, ontwikkeld door Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dit kan de participatie van jongeren vergroten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De opleiding werd medegefinancierd door de Europese Jeugdstichting van de Raad van Europa en georganiseerd met de steun van de gemeente Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a
