{"id":5171,"date":"2021-10-18T12:20:28","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T11:20:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5171"},"modified":"2021-10-18T12:20:28","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T11:20:28","slug":"study-session-youth-e-participation-matters-transferring-local-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-to-the-digital-sphere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/activity\/study-session-youth-e-participation-matters-transferring-local-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-to-the-digital-sphere\/","title":{"rendered":"Studiesessie \u201cElektronische participatie van jongeren \u2013 Overdracht van lokale participatie van jongeren aan besluitvormingsprocessen naar de digitale sfeer\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/2021\/07\/22\/call-for-participants-study-session-youth-e-participation-matters-transferring-local-youth-participation-in-decision-making-processes-to-the-digital-sphere\/wide-logo-with-logos\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5080\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-5080\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/wide-logo-with-logos-1024x258.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"258\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Studiesessie <strong>\u201cElektronische participatie van jongeren \u2013 Overdracht van lokale participatie van jongeren aan besluitvormingsprocessen naar de digitale sfeer\u201d<\/strong> vond plaats in de <strong>Europees Jeugdcentrum <\/strong>van de Raad van Europa in Straatsburg <strong>tussen 10 en 16 oktober<\/strong> en werd georganiseerd door DYPALL Network in samenwerking met de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/youth\"><strong>Departement Jeugdzaken van de Raad van Europa<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gedurende de hele week hebben 21 deelnemers die organisaties, gemeenten en instellingen uit 14 landen vertegenwoordigen, hun competenties ontwikkeld en praktische kennis opgedaan over de toepasbaarheid, overdraagbaarheid en implementatie van verschillende digitale oplossingen voor jongerenparticipatie in besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau.<\/p>\n<p>De activiteit bouwt voort op de resultaten, ervaring en kennis die tijdens de studiesessie \u201cW(e)-participate! benutten van digitale innovatie voor jongerenparticipatie op lokaal niveau\u201d, die tussen 27 september en 3 oktober 2020 werd georganiseerd door het DYPALL-netwerk in samenwerking met de afdeling Jeugdzaken van de Raad van Europa in het Europees Jeugdcentrum in Straatsburg. Het verslag is beschikbaar <a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZ2UMhXZ8kDMuwMEKXRXC54rXJ1IjbO6WQLy\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Deze keer is veel meer aandacht besteed aan de praktische dimensie van e-participatie van jongeren. Het format van de studiesessie liet ons toe om 3 externe experts en docenten uit te nodigen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> vanaf <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Boombedrijf<\/a> (Belgi\u00eb) gaf praktische workshops over het plannen van een succesvol e-participatieproces, door hun methodologie, instrumenten en goede praktijken op dit gebied te presenteren<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> een praktische simulatie gefaciliteerd op hun e-governanceplatform, waarschijnlijk de meest ontwikkelde en complexe software die in Europa beschikbaar is<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd van <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">nexus Instituut voor Samenwerkingsmanagement en Interdisciplinair Onderzoek<\/a> (Duitsland) presenteerde ons hun project \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 Digitale participatie van jongeren vergemakkelijkt<\/a>\u201d en stelde ons in staat om te oefenen met het cre\u00ebren van projecten en het bedenken van idee\u00ebn via de <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> platform \u2013 een gratis e-participatie-instrument voor jongeren.<\/p>\n<p>Bovendien kregen de deelnemers de gelegenheid om de essenti\u00eble kwesties van jongerenparticipatie en e-participatie, zoals toegang, communicatie, uitdagingen of bedreigingen, te bespreken en te vergelijken. Zij bestudeerden en wisselden goede praktijken op het gebied van e-participatie van jongeren uit en bedachten tien beginselen voor het gebruik van e-participatie van jongeren. Met als doel succesvolle vervolgstrategie\u00ebn en -idee\u00ebn te cre\u00ebren, leerden de deelnemers over financieringsmogelijkheden en stelden ze lokale en internationale projectidee\u00ebn op, die in de nabije toekomst moeten worden ge\u00efmplementeerd. Bovendien, voor, tijdens en na de activiteit deelnemers zijn betrokken en gecontacteerd via een <strong>Onenigheid<\/strong> kanaal, dat werd gebruikt voor: het verstrekken van materiaal, het leren over de verwachtingen van deelnemers, het beantwoorden van hun vragen en het leren kennen van elkaar v\u00f3\u00f3r de activiteit, alsook het verstrekken van updates, workshops, stemmen en interactie in een digitale omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Binnen de komende 3 maanden zal een volledig rapport worden gepubliceerd dat de resultaten van de studiesessie samenvat. Al op woensdag presenteert DYPALL Network de resultaten van deze 2 studiesessies tijdens de Meta-University georganiseerd door het Noord-Zuid Centrum van de Raad van Europa.
