Het doel van het project was om de burgeractiviteit van jongeren uit de gemeente Zalewo te vergroten door het model van jeugdactivering toe te passen op basis van de voorbeelden die Portugese organisaties tijdens een <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">Studiebezoek aan Portim\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De opleiders van het DYPALL-netwerk bezochten Polen om de uitvoering van de lokale jongerenparticipatieactiviteit te ondersteunen. Op dinsdag en woensdag hebben we 20 jongeren en 4 leerkrachten van 4 scholen in lokale plattelandsgebieden opgeleid, die leerden over jongerenparticipatie en hun kracht om hun lokale realiteit te veranderen. Aan de hand van een ontwerpdenkende methodologie analyseerden jongeren de problemen en behoeften van hun leeftijdsgenoten, definieerden de bestaande problemen, brainstormden over mogelijke oplossingen en cre\u00eberden en testten uiteindelijk prototypen van hun idee\u00ebn voor hun schooldirecteuren. De geplande initiatieven worden in de eerste helft van het schooljaar uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n<p>De rest van het bezoek was gewijd aan het studiebezoek in I\u0142awa. Bijeenkomsten met lokale studentenverenigingen en de lokale jeugdraad hebben ons in staat gesteld de verschillen tussen de structuren voor jongerenparticipatie beter te begrijpen en een deel van de Europese goede praktijken die door het DYPALL-netwerk in kaart zijn gebracht in de lopende studie naar modellen voor jongerenparticipatie, te delen met jongeren en jeugdwerkers.
