Ga met ons mee op een 48 uur durend avontuur waarin jongeren de leiding nemen! Ga samen met uw collega's uit heel Europa een samenwerkingsuitdaging aan en laat ons zien hoe de Europese Unie van uw dromen eruit zou zien.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Met de steun van facilitators ga je een ervaringsgerichte leerreis aan waarin je oplossingen bouwt voor verschillende uitdagingen waarmee de EU wordt geconfronteerd. Net als een hackathon, zul je in deze Ideathon deelnemen aan een creatief denkend, oplossingsgericht proces waarin je nieuwe dingen leert, een idee ontwikkelt, een pitch voorbereidt en concurreert met de andere deelnemers, terwijl je als team werkt.<\/span><\/p>\n

We zullen gebruik maken van verschillende online platformen en tools, er zal gamification zijn, interactieve workshops, inspirerende sprekers en heel veel plezier.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kan ik als individu of als team solliciteren?<\/b> Beide opties zijn mogelijk. Als je al een team hebt, kun je allemaal samen solliciteren. Zo niet, dan kun je individueel solliciteren en maken we teams aan het begin van het evenement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moet ik met een idee komen? <\/b>Nee, aan het begin van het evenement vormen we teams op basis van onderwerpen die je interesseren en dan begin je met het ontwikkelen van je idee met de steun van de facilitators.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wordt er van mij verwacht dat ik 48 uur online ben? <\/b>Dat kan als jij en je team dat willen, maar het is niet verplicht. We zullen verschillende momenten hebben tijdens de 48 uur waarin we allemaal online zullen zijn, evenals momenten voor u om in uw teams te werken en wat rust te hebben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moet ik speciale vaardigheden hebben? <\/b>Nee, gewoon een open geest en teamgeest.<\/span><\/p>\n
