Op 1 maart 2021 DYPALL-netwerk<\/strong> nam deel aan een online kick-offvergadering van het project \u201cGroei en toegang voor millennials van Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201d (GAME+), geco\u00f6rdineerd door het lid van het DYPALL-netwerk Europa4Jeugd<\/strong> (Polen) met 2 andere partners: Centrum voor Jeugdactivisme CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Noord-Macedoni\u00eb) en Bangherang APS<\/strong> (Itali\u00eb).<\/p>\n

Het project \u201cGAME+\u201d heeft tot doel een innovatieve digitale tool Learnus+ te cre\u00ebren die door jeugdwerkers gecre\u00eberde activiteiten ondersteunt door een gamificationlaag toe te passen op de leerprocessen van jongeren. Gamification bestaat uit het gebruik van spelontwerp en mechanica in een niet-spelcontext, om innovatieve pedagogen aan te bieden die boeiende elementen toevoegen aan educatief materiaal en jeugdwerkers motiveren om de gemeenschap op een leuke manier in te halen. Dit project is gericht op het ondersteunen van jeugdwerkers en -organisaties bij de voorbereiding van hun reguliere activiteiten en het ondersteunen van de digitale participatie en online leren van jongeren. <\/p>\n

De doelstellingen van het project zijn:
\n\u2013 een nieuw, innovatief digitaal instrument aan te bieden op basis van de gamificatiemethode;
\n\u2013 de digitale participatie en digitale inclusie van jongeren te verbeteren;
\n\u2013 jongeren aan te moedigen en te motiveren om educatieve spelletjes te gebruiken als instrument voor online leren;
\n\u2013 de capaciteiten van jeugdwerkers, jongeren en jongerenorganisaties op Europees niveau te verbeteren.<\/p>\n

In de eerste fase van het project zal het consortium breed onderzoek starten naar de casestudy's en goede praktijken van de toepassing van gamificatiemethoden door jeugdwerkers en jeugdorganisaties. Op basis van de analyse van deze praktijken en de aanbevelingen van ge\u00efnterviewde jeugdwerkers zullen de partners van het project een nieuw instrument cre\u00ebren dat jongerenwerk en leerprocessen van jongeren een gamificationlaag biedt. Het project omvat een opleiding voor jeugdwerkers gericht op het ontwikkelen van hun vaardigheden bij de toepassing van gamification-methoden en -instrumenten in jeugdwerk en het testen van het digitale instrument dat in het kader van het project is gecre\u00eberd.<\/p>\n

De resultaten van het project \u2013 het innovatieve digitale instrument Learnus+ en de richtsnoeren voor het gebruik van gamification-instrumenten in jeugdwerk \u2013 zullen worden verspreid via een reeks multiplicatorevenementen in vier landen.<\/p>\n

Het project wordt gefinancierd door de Europese Unie in het kader van het Erasmus+-programma: Strategisch partnerschap voor innovatie bij jongeren.<\/p>\n
