Samen met de Regionaal centrum voor steun aan niet-gouvernementele initiatieven<\/a><\/span> vanuit Polen (Regionalne Centrum Wspierania Inicjatyw Pozarz\u0105dowych) voeren we het project \u201cSpecialized paths of social inclusion\u201d uit, dat deel uitmaakt van een groter programma \u201cI do not emigrate \u2013 working here\u201d, dat tot doel heeft mensen te ondersteunen die het risico lopen op sociale uitsluiting of armoede.<\/p>\n

Als DYPALL-netwerk zal het onze rol zijn om de Poolse organisaties in contact te brengen met Portugese deskundigen. Het zal voor beide partijen een kans zijn om nieuwe perspectieven, instrumenten en goede praktijken te leren. Op basis daarvan zal het consortium innovatieve tools cre\u00ebren die helpen bij het ontwerpen van effectievere ondersteuningsplannen voor mensen in de crisis van dakloosheid en verslaafden.<\/p>\n

Naast het Regional Center for Supporting Non-Governmental Organisation en het DYPALL Network zijn bij het project ook 3 andere Poolse organisaties betrokken:

Het project wordt door de Europese Unie gefinancierd in het kader van het operationele programma Ontwikkeling van kennisonderwijs, 4e prioritaire as \u2013 Sociale innovatie en transnationale samenwerking, maatregel 4.3 \u2013 Transnationale samenwerking, uit het Europees Sociaal Fonds.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
