Het doel van de opleiding was om 29 facilitators en opleiders die actief zijn binnen de partnerorganisaties van het GamifyEU-samenwerkingsproject uit te rusten met de nodige competenties om online onderwijsactiviteiten met jongeren uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p>De deelnemers aan de training kregen de kans om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inzicht te krijgen in de veranderingen binnen de opleidingsactiviteiten als gevolg van de COVID-19-toestand;<\/li>\n<li>het verkennen en vergroten van competenties met behulp van ICT-instrumenten die nodig zijn voor het faciliteren van online leren;<\/li>\n<li>na te denken over de rol van opleiders\/facilitators afzonderlijk, als team en als onlinefacilitators;<\/li>\n<li>hints en tips te delen voor het faciliteren van online leren;<\/li>\n<li>het oefenen van de nieuwe instrumenten en competenties in simulaties, gevolgd door feedback en ondersteund door de opleider (mini-coaching) en het cre\u00ebren van bewustzijn van het belang van gedetailleerde voorbereiding en standaardisatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze activiteit werd georganiseerd door DYPALL Network en YEU International in het kader van het Europese samenwerkingsproject YES!
