Het benutten van digitale innovatie voor jongerenparticipatie op lokaal niveau werd tussen 27 september en 3 oktober 2020 georganiseerd door het DYPALL-netwerk in samenwerking met de afdeling Jeugdzaken van de Raad van Europa in het Europees Jeugdcentrum in Straatsburg (Frankrijk). De activiteit bracht 19 jeugdwerkers uit 10 lidstaten samen en was de eerste residenti\u00eble activiteit in het Europees Jeugdcentrum in Straatsburg sinds het begin van de pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van de studiesessie was een gedeeld begrip te cre\u00ebren van de deelname van digitale jongeren aan besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau en goede praktijken op dit gebied uit te wisselen om de uitvoering ervan te bevorderen. Het diende als forum om de uitdagingen en kansen van digitale participatie van jongeren te ondervragen en om de behoeften van jongerenorganisaties te beoordelen die kunnen helpen om een succesvolle en zinvolle uitvoering van digitale participatieprocessen te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p>Aan het begin van de sessie cre\u00eberden de deelnemers een gemeenschappelijk begrip van wat digitale jongerenparticipatie is en pasten zij deze digitale dimensie toe in de algemeen erkende normen van de Raad van Europa voor jongerenparticipatie, zoals de participatieladder, het RMSOS-model of het herziene Europees Handvest voor de deelname van jongeren aan het lokale en regionale leven.<\/p>\n<p>Daarna leerden ze over de casestudy's van digitale participatie van jongeren in besluitvormingsprocessen en brachten ze lokale praktijken in hun land in kaart. Zij analyseerden de sterke en zwakke punten, kansen en bedreigingen van digitale jongerenparticipatie en bespraken hoe zij digitale oplossingen kunnen overbrengen naar de besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Het programma van de activiteit werd verrijkt met belangrijke input van externe deskundigen op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging, digitaal jeugdwerk, het programma voor digitaal burgerschap van de Raad van Europa en de kansen van de Europese Jongerenstichting.<\/p>\n<p>Aan het einde van de activiteit hadden de deelnemers tijd om hun lokale actieplannen te plannen en te presenteren, om digitale participatie van jongeren in de besluitvormingsprocessen in hun lokale realiteit te implementeren.<\/p>\n<p><a
