Aangezien ons werk online is verplaatst, zijn er steeds meer zorgen over online privacy en veiligheid gerezen. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk om te begrijpen welke tools we gebruiken, hoe ze onze persoonlijke gegevens verzamelen, gebruiken en opslaan en welke opties we hebben, zelfs voor de eenvoudigste.<\/p>\n

De volgende tools stellen teams in staat om te werken aan samenwerkingsdocumenten, en twee van hen hebben bijzonder geavanceerde beveiligingsopties.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Google Documenten, Google Spreadsheets en Google Slides<\/b><\/p>\n

Deze zeer bekende tools stellen mensen in staat om gedeelde tekstbestanden<\/a>, spreadsheets<\/a>, en presentaties<\/a> (en veel meer<\/a>), in het Google Drive-account.<\/p>\n

De tools zijn volledig gratis en zorgen voor eenvoudige bewerking en styling, evenals het kiezen uit tal van beschikbare sjablonen. De documenten zijn overal in realtime toegankelijk en worden automatisch opgeslagen. Verschillende mensen kunnen tegelijkertijd aan hetzelfde document werken en hebben toegang tot een livechat. Met add-ons en in-app Google-zoekopdrachten kunnen gebruikers nog productiever zijn!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Etherpad van RiseUp<\/b>\"\"<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

Etherpad<\/a> is een software libre webapplicatie die real-time groepssamenwerking van tekstdocumenten mogelijk maakt. Riseup slaat geen IP-adressen op, ze vereisen https en pads worden automatisch vernietigd na 60 dagen inactiviteit.<\/p>\n

Voor extra beveiliging heb je toegang tot de webapplicatie via de Riseup VPN of een Tor hidden service.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>CryptPad<\/b><\/p>\n

Met CryptPad<\/a>, u kunt snel samenwerkende documenten maken en toegang krijgen tot een CryptDrive waar u al uw pads kunt organiseren. Gratis geregistreerde gebruikers krijgen meestal 50 MB ruimte, maar het werd ge\u00fcpgraded naar 1 GB als gevolg van de crisis. Een CryptPad-document kan eenvoudig worden gedeeld via een link, zowel in de alleen-lezenmodus als in de samenwerkingsmodus.<\/p>\n

CryptPad gebruikt 100% client-side encryptie om de inhoud te beschermen. Ook gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord worden berekend in een geheime sleutel met behulp van scrypt sleutel afleiding functie. Noch deze sleutel, noch de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord worden ooit naar de server verzonden. In plaats daarvan worden ze aan de clientzijde gebruikt om de inhoud van uw CryptDrive te decoderen, die de sleutels bevat van alle pads die u kunt openen. Wanneer u de link naar een document deelt, deelt u de cryptografische sleutel voor toegang tot dat document, maar aangezien de sleutel zich in de fragmentidentificator bevindt, wordt deze nooit rechtstreeks naar de server verzonden.<\/p>\n
