DYPALL Network organiseerde een groep van 4 jeugdwerkers van de Poolse organisatie Forum Animator\u00f3w Spo\u0142ecznych, om praktijken en modellen van participatieve budgetten op nationaal, staats-, regionaal en lokaal niveau te bezoeken en te verkennen, met bijzondere aandacht voor participatieve budgetten op scholen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit studiebezoek was bedoeld om de Poolse jeugdwerkers uitgebreide voorbeelden en kennis te bieden over Portugese modellen van jongerenparticipatieactiviteiten, met bijzondere aandacht voor participatieve budgetten voor jongeren en op scholen. Tijdens het studiebezoek konden de deelnemers een breed scala aan verschillende participatieve budgetmodellen verkennen. Ze leerden over de verschillende niveaus van participatieve begroting, verschillende benaderingen voor de oprichting ervan en mogelijke problemen die zich binnen het proces kunnen voordoen. <\/p>\n<p>Op 2 december kregen de deelnemers 's ochtends de presentatie over het programma van het studiebezoek, informatie over het DYPALL-netwerk, de jongereninitiatieven in het Jeugdcentrum van Lissabon en het Portugese Instituut voor Sport en Jeugd (IPDJ). In de middag leerden ze over Participatory Budget wereldwijd, inclusief de oorsprong, niveaus, focusgroepen, trends, basisstatistieken en juridische oplossingen.<\/p>\n<p>De tweede dag van het studiebezoek was in Cascais, de Europese Jongerenhoofdstad van 2018. De vertegenwoordigers van de gemeente presenteerden het proces van het opstellen van participatieve begrotingen, zowel algemeen als voor jongeren. Het programma van de dag werd afgesloten met een bezoek aan de jongerenafdeling van Cascais Jovem, die verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van het jeugdbeleid van de gemeenten.                                                      <\/p>\n<p>Op de ochtend van 3 december bracht de groep een bezoek aan het stadhuis van Lissabon en ontmoette ze de technici die verantwoordelijk waren voor het opzetten van zowel algemene als participatieve begrotingen voor scholen in de gemeente Lissabon. De middag begon met presentaties over de nationale participatiebegroting voor jongeren (door IPDJ) en een van de winnende projecten \u2014 \u201cGym4All\u201d. Het werd gevolgd door de introductie van 3 verschillende modellen van lokale participatieve budgetten voor jongeren en scholen, uitgevoerd in de parochie Penha de Fran\u00e7a, de gemeente Braga en de gemeente Vila Nova de Gaia. <\/p>\n<p>Op de vierde dag leerde de groep over een ander participatief budget op parochieniveau in de parochie van Agualva e Mira in Sintra. De voorzitter van de parochie legde in detail het proces uit van het opzetten van een participatiebudget op scholen, de geleerde lessen en de resultaten binnen de jaren.<br \/>\nDe laatste dag van het bezoek was voor het ontwikkelen van lokale strategie\u00ebn en actieplannen, evenals het verkennen van follow-upmogelijkheden, het evalueren en afsluiten van het bezoek.<\/p>\n<p>Dit project bestaat uit twee studiebezoeken, waarvan de tweede in Polen zal plaatsvinden.
