DYPALL is een trotse partner van het Welcomeship, een project dat gericht is op het overbruggen van de kloof tussen jonge migranten en lokale jongeren door middel van community-based ondernemerschap.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tussen de 24<\/span>th<\/span> en 30<\/span>th<\/span> In oktober nam DYPALL deel aan het Welcomeship-project van YEPP EUROPA in Stockholm. Tijdens deze week was er een opleiding van opleiders die werd bijgewoond door partners uit zes landen, zoals Portugal, Zweden, Finland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Itali\u00eb en Duitsland. De training vond plaats in verschillende jeugdhuizen en was bedoeld om jeugdwerkers en jeugdcoaches van partnerorganisaties op te leiden en in staat te stellen trainers van de Welcomeship Course te worden, hen te leren de belangrijkste onderwerpen op een niet-formele, participatieve en innovatieve manier te leveren en zo het begrip en de betrokkenheid van de jongeren te vergemakkelijken.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dit project zal verschillende intellectuele outputs cre\u00ebren, waaronder de gids die zal worden gebruikt als een hulpmiddel om de lokale training te vergemakkelijken. Er zal ook een youtube-kanaal worden gecre\u00eberd, waar mensen de verschillende tutorials over de vijf modules van de gids kunnen volgen: \u201cOpening Minds & Doors\u201d, \u201cEntrepreneurship & Community\u201d, \u201cIdeeontwikkeling\u201d, \u201cDe markt: Van idee naar bedrijf\u201d en \u201cLaunching & Scaling\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

De lokale training vindt plaats tussen december en januari in Portim\u00e3o en verzamelt jongeren uit de stad, met name migranten of mensen met een migratieachtergrond. Vijf Welcomeship-avonden, evenementen met verschillende formaten waar de gemeenschap samen kan komen en hun projecten en behoeften kan delen, zullen parallel aan de lokale training worden georganiseerd.<\/span><\/p>\n
