{"id":2648,"date":"2017-09-20T17:03:41","date_gmt":"2017-09-20T15:03:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=2648"},"modified":"2017-09-20T17:03:41","modified_gmt":"2017-09-20T15:03:41","slug":"seed-social-entrepreneurship-and-educational-practices-for-young-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/activity\/seed-social-entrepreneurship-and-educational-practices-for-young-people\/","title":{"rendered":"SE+ED: Sociaal ondernemerschap en onderwijspraktijken voor jongeren"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Op de 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0van september, in het Auditorium van het Museu of Portim\u00e3o, DYPALL Network, in samenwerking met de gemeente Portim\u00e3o en Co\u00f6peratieve ECOS, gastheer van de\u00a0<strong>Internationale conferentie \"SE+ED \u2013 Sociaal ondernemerschap en onderwijspraktijken voor jongeren\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens deze bijeenkomst kregen de deelnemers de kans om meer te weten te komen over het belang van sociaal ondernemerschap in de moderne economie en de bijzondere relevantie ervan in de economie na de crisis. Bovendien werd deze conferentie gebruikt als platform voor het delen van de perspectieven van sociaal ondernemerschap in verschillende landen. Het werd besproken en geanalyseerd het perspectief voor ontwikkeling en de uitdagingen waarmee deze vorm van ondernemerschap wordt geconfronteerd door de getroffen belanghebbenden. We hebben de problemen van de samenwerking tussen de traditionele bedrijfssector en de groeiende start-upsector aangepakt en hoe deze koppeling kan worden verbeterd.<\/p>\n<p>Deze conferentie was de laatste activiteit van een eenjarig project met dezelfde naam: <strong>SE+ED \u2013 Sociaal ondernemerschap en onderwijspraktijken voor jongeren, <\/strong>ondersteund door de <strong>Erasmus+-programma<\/strong>, die tot doel had een methodologische en educatieve opleiding over sociaal ondernemerschap aan te bieden. Vijfentwintig jongeren uit Griekenland, Polen, Oostenrijk en Portugal hebben van deze activiteiten geprofiteerd op basis van uitwisselings- en niet-formele leermethoden.<\/p>\n<p>In dit project ondergingen de deelnemers een intensieve training door ervaren stemmen op dit gebied en ze hadden een forum waarin ze hun kennis en ervaring deelden die ze uit hun land hadden meegebracht. De activiteiten en programma's werden ge\u00fcpload voor toekomstig gebruik op de website van het project (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/\">https:\/\/www.seed-uom.org\/<\/a><\/span>). Tijdens de conferentie was er een focus op het cre\u00ebren van een werksfeer met een sterk gevoel van gemeenschap en internationale geest.\u00a0 De conferentie werd afgesloten met een goede evaluatie die ons een weg naar verbetering kan bieden voor dit soort toekomstige projecten.<\/p>\n<p>Dit evenement bracht sociale ondernemers, academische deskundigen en studenten uit Portugal, Polen, Oostenrijk en Griekenland samen en stelde hen in staat verschillende opties te verkennen over hoe sociaal ondernemerschap onder jongeren kan worden bevorderd, zowel op gemeenschapsniveau als op nationaal niveau.<\/p>\n<p>De resultaten van het project, waarop tijdens de conferentie werd gewezen, waren de uitwisseling van beste praktijken, maar ook aanbevelingen die gemeenten beter in staat zouden stellen sociaal ondernemerschap onder de loep te nemen en zo burgers en jongeren in het bijzonder beter te ondersteunen om hun eigen initiatieven te starten en actiever te worden bij het vinden van oplossingen voor hun gemeenschappen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle activiteiten van het project zijn ontwikkeld in samenwerking met de Universiteit van Macedoni\u00eb uit Griekenland, Gain and Sustain uit Oostenrijk, Uniwersytet Rzeszowski uit Polen, ECOS uit Portugal en het MBM Center for Training and Development uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2649\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/IMG_20170911_122500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4160\" height=\"2340\" \/><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Op 11 september organiseerde het DYPALL-netwerk, in samenwerking met de gemeente Portim\u00e3o en co\u00f6peratieve ECOS, in het auditorium van het Museu de Portim\u00e3o de internationale conferentie \u201cSE+ED \u2013 Social Entrepreneurship and Educational Practices for Young People\u201d.
