Dit bezoek was de eerste uitvoeringsfase van het project \u201cYouth Participation in Rural Areas\u201d (YP Rural), dat als belangrijkste doel heeft inzicht te krijgen in de specifieke uitdagingen voor de participatie van jongeren in landelijke en geografisch afgelegen gebieden, en praktijken uit te wisselen om jongeren bij hun gemeenschappen te betrekken.<\/p>\n<p>Het bezoek vond plaats vanaf de 9<sup>th<\/sup> tot en met 12<sup>th<\/sup> oktober 2017 en bracht 18 deelnemers uit Letland, Macedoni\u00eb, Itali\u00eb en Portugal naar Egedal. Het waren intense werkdagen waar de realiteit van de deelnemende landen werd gedeeld en contact werd opgenomen met een programma genaamd Musikstarter, dat tot doel heeft lokale muzikanten te ondersteunen. Dit programma bestaat uit muziekkampen, waar de jongeren, afgezien van een vergoeding om enkele logistieke kosten te dekken, hun vaardigheden kunnen ontwikkelen en oefenen met deelnemende artiesten. Het werd ontwikkeld in samenwerking tussen jeugdscholen, podia, muziekscholen en basisscholen.<\/p>\n<p>Het bezoek stelde de deelnemers ook in staat om rechtstreeks te spreken met jongeren die hun eigen projecten leiden, niet alleen met betrekking tot muziek, maar ook met belangenbehartigingsboodschappen om pesten te voorkomen. \u00a0Om een kader te bieden voor deze goede voorbeelden, was er ook een gedetailleerde presentatie over het jeugdbeleid van Egedal en de processen die worden gebruikt om deze demografie bij de uitwerking ervan te betrekken. Deze presentatie inspireerde de deelnemers beter en stelde hen in staat om de behoeften en uitdagingen van de participatie van jongeren in de besluitvorming in plattelandsgebieden in hun eigen context in kaart te brengen.<\/p>\n<p>Er was ook de mogelijkheid om een van de 10 jeugdhuizen van Egedal te bezoeken, specifiek gericht op creatieve activiteiten. Specifiek met betrekking tot het waarborgen van de deelname van plattelandsjongeren aan besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau, was er de gelegenheid om meer te weten te komen over de rol van uitgeruste en toegeruste jeugdhuizen in Denemarken, die sinds de jaren 1940 de geschiedenis hebben van het bijstaan van jongeren bij de ontwikkeling van vaardigheden, en de laatste tijd door jongeren aangestuurde projecten hebben bevorderd en helpen bij de ontwikkeling van hun vaardigheden. Dit zijn solide voorbeelden van betrokkenheid en participatie van de gemeenschap, evenals structuren die sociale en economische uitsluiting helpen voorkomen, en problemen die daaruit voortvloeien en daardoor ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p>Dit was de eerste van 4 studiebezoeken die DYPALL organiseert, waardoor het mogelijk is om de realiteit van het jeugdwerk direct op het veld te leren kennen.
