Dit raadplegingsproces biedt jongeren de mogelijkheid om de lokale projecten van Estarreja in kaart te brengen, te bespreken en te prioriteren.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is een voorbeeld van een participatiepraktijk die jongeren naar de politieke besluitvormingssfeer brengt en zo hun actieve en verantwoordelijke burgerschap en het gevoel deel uit te maken van hun lokale realiteit bevordert. Het versterkt ook de doelstelling van de Jeugdraad om oplossingen te vinden om de levenskwaliteit van jongeren in Estarreja te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0698-e1484830539501.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1823 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0698-300x201.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">De \u201ccool\u201d terugbrengen naar school<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>LoopMe<\/strong> Het is een smartphone-app die studenten helpt hun gevoelens, idee\u00ebn, emoties en suggesties te uiten onder hun leeftijdsgenoten en hun leraren. Het onderzoek achter de app is uitgevoerd aan de Chalmers University of Technology en een team van analisten uit G\u00f6teborg (Zweden). Leerinstituten en scholen in Noorwegen, Turkije en Zweden zetten de app al in met positieve resultaten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De app stelt studenten in staat om enqu\u00eates, taken te maken, hun mening en feedback te geven, zelfs anoniem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cSinds we het in Turkije zijn gaan gebruiken, hebben we vijf individuele door studenten voorgestelde projecten uitgevoerd binnen een tweejarig kader. Het pedagogische idee achter de app is <em>Waardecreatie Pedagogiek<\/em>\u201d aldus \u00d6ner Kaynakdemir, van Esenyurt \u015eerife Bac\u0131 Lifelong Learning Institute and Youth Centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hij voegde er ook aan toe dat \u201cvan studenten wordt verwacht dat zij ondernemersvaardigheden en besluitvormingsstrategie\u00ebn kunnen ontwikkelen en zich beter kunnen uitdrukken en tegelijkertijd de actieve deelname van studenten aan de activiteiten die op hun school, maar ook daarbuiten, worden uitgevoerd, kunnen bevorderen\u201d.<br \/>\nU kunt meer te weten komen op <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loopme.io\">www.loopme.io<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0722-e1484830587233.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1824 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0722-300x201.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Vanaf nul beginnen<\/h3>\n<p>Studenten in Stockholm worden niet alleen aangemoedigd om deel te nemen aan besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau, maar ze leren vanaf hun 16e hoe ze door de zigzags van de formele politieke structuren van de Zweedse hoofdstad kunnen slingeren. Deze gemeentebrede inspanning is sinds 2001 van kracht en Martin Nyblom legt uit hoe leraren het maatschappelijke en democratische bewustzijn vanaf jonge leeftijd in een klaslokaal kunnen stimuleren.<\/p>\n<p>Ongeveer 1000 leerlingen van 16-19 jaar en leerkrachten van 10-15 deelnemende scholen uit de gemeente Stockholm nemen deel aan de <strong>Jeugdparlement van Stockholm<\/strong>, een democratische en politieke opleiding die naast regulier onderwijs plaatsvindt.<\/p>\n<p>Elk jaar beslissen leerlingen over 5 onderwerpen die ze willen aanpakken. Vervolgens krijgen ze een training over leiderschap en beleidsvorming, zodat ze bereid zijn om vervolgens samen met hun leraren activiteiten te plannen, beleidsvoorstellen te schetsen en uiteindelijk politici te ontmoeten in dialoogseminars.\u00a0Martin heeft dit project de afgelopen jaren geleid en ziet het als een geweldige kans om de politieke betrokkenheid van jongeren te vergroten, maar hij ziet een bereik dat verder gaat dan dat van democratische geletterdheid:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Jongeren moeten er niet naar streven de hele taart te krijgen, want onderhandelen gaat niet over krijgen wat je wilt, maar over een goed resultaat waarvoor je hard hebt gewerkt.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Door jongeren in staat te stellen ervaring op te doen met het politieke besluitvormingsproces, krijgen ze ook inzicht in de complexiteit die inherent is aan elk besluitvormingsproces, waardoor ze zachte vaardigheden verwerven die ze kunnen omzetten in andere aspecten van hun leven.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0795-e1484830809755.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1825 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DSC_0795-300x201.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Deze praktijken werden door de deelnemers gedeeld tijdens de opleiding \u201cYouth Actors in Decision Making\u201d die van 7 tot en met 13 januari 2017 in Letland plaatsvond en werd georganiseerd door de gemeente R\u0113zekne in samenwerking met DYPALL.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Budgettering door You(th) Gemeente Estarreja in Portugal via haar Participative Youth Municipal Budget omvat een burgerparticipatieproces, dat voortkomt uit de gemeenteraad van Estarreja, waarin jongeren van 12 tot 30 jaar (ingezetenen, studenten, werknemers, verenigingsleden, enz.) worden geraadpleegd met als doel de prioriteiten voor lokale investeringen vast te stellen.
