{"id":1703,"date":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=1703"},"modified":"2016-11-23T10:02:09","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T09:02:09","slug":"closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/nl\/activity\/closing-the-loop-young-migrant-voices-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"Het sluiten van de lus: Opleidingscursus Jonge Migrantenstemmen"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote>\n<h5 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\">\u201cWe onderschatten hoeveel de diaspora- en migrantengemeenschap daadwerkelijk kan bijdragen aan de samenleving, waardoor deze inclusiever wordt en hoeveel waarde we toevoegen aan dit hele proces.\u201d<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><i>Amina Khalid <\/i>\u2013 adviseur bij<i> <\/i>Initiatieven van verandering UK en directeur van Somalische initiatieven voor dialoog en democratie, tijdens de rondetafelconferentie over de participatie van jonge migranten.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In overeenstemming met de missie van DYPALL bood de opleidingscursus \u201cYoung Migrant Voices\u201d, die van 15 tot en met 21 november 2016 in Odiliapeel (Nederland) plaatsvond, ruimte voor capaciteitsopbouw van jeugdwerkers, jeugdleiders en gemeenteambtenaren die met jonge migranten en jongeren met een migrantenachtergrond werken. De opleiding maakte ook synergie\u00ebn mogelijk tussen maatschappelijke organisaties zoals non-profitorganisaties voor jongeren en vertegenwoordigers van lokale overheden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Naast specifieke sessies over hoe de participatie van migrantenjongeren of met een migrantenachtergrond kan worden verbeterd, was een ander aspect van de opleiding het \u201chands-on\u201d krijgen bij het ontwerpen van inclusieve participatiepraktijken. Dit gebeurde door het delen van beste praktijken en ervaringen uit de eigen realiteit van de deelnemers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Er waren ook sessies die gericht waren op het verkennen van de participatiestructuren op lokaal niveau, zij het in lokale jeugdraden, gemeenten, enz. De rol van formele instellingen met betrekking tot migrantenjongeren werd ook besproken en idee\u00ebn over hoe deze instellingen hun reikwijdte moeten hervormen werden naar voren gebracht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tijdens het verrijken van de activiteiten, gaf de Ronde Tafel de deelnemers de kans om te leren van onze twee gasten en hun persoonlijke verhalen en het werk dat ze ontwikkelen in hun organisaties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Over het algemeen vonden de deelnemers dat de cursus belangrijke discussies mogelijk maakte en hen instrumenten gaf om beter samen te werken met jonge migranten en jongeren met een migrantenachtergrond binnen hun organisatie, jeugdraad en lokale overheid, en hen tegelijkertijd te integreren en mondiger te maken. Ze vonden echter dat er meer tijd nodig was om dieper in te gaan op sommige onderwerpen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Hieronder vindt u een uittreksel van de Facebook Live-feed die tijdens de Ronde Tafel werd uitgezonden als onderdeel van de cursus<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;
