\nTijdens deze conferentie verwacht ik nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten, te zien hoe andere landen jeugdwerk doen en hoe ze de participatie van jongeren bevorderen, en verbindingen te leggen voor toekomstige projecten.
\n<\/em><\/p>\n


\nParticipatie van jongeren is een van de belangrijkste dingen, ik ben ook een jongere en ik zag mensen deelnemen aan besluitvormingsprocessen en degenen die niet ge\u00efnteresseerd zijn en ik ben er dan ook sterk van overtuigd dat het belangrijk is dat we allemaal actiever worden, maar vooral jongeren, omdat de toekomst aan hen toebehoort.\u00a0In Griekenland is het gebruikelijker om mensen op regionaal niveau actief te zien in plaats van lokaal. In Thessaloniki bekleedt de huidige burgemeester deze functie al zes jaar, en hij werkt veel om de participatie van jongeren te bevorderen, met als resultaat dat veel jongeren worden verkozen en betrokken worden bij de gemeente en de gemeenteraad.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
