Aleksandra, oorspronkelijk uit Servi\u00eb, heeft een achtergrond in het activisme van scholieren. Ze was bestuurslid van OBESSU (Organising Bureau of School Student Unions) en lid van de werkgroep Participatie en mainstreaming van het jeugdbeleid en de deskundigengroep inzake jeugdrechten van het Europees Jeugdforum.\u00a0 Ze was trainer van het project van UNICEF voor het opstellen van lokale jeugdactieplannen in Servi\u00eb. Aleksandra werkte als projectmanager voor verschillende organisaties in Servi\u00eb en Portugal voordat hij bij DYPALL Network kwam werken.
