Het project bestaat uit twee studiebezoeken en biedt jongerenwerkers en gemeenteambtenaren de gelegenheid om samen te komen om een concretere definitie te ontwikkelen van de uitdagingen van jongerenparticipatie in besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau en om mogelijke oplossingen te visualiseren, uitgaande van praktijken die momenteel worden toegepast en die zij in Zweden en Spanje zullen bezoeken, realiteiten die sterk verschillen van elkaar.
