De Winter Democracy Academy (WDA) 2024 was een ruimte voor dialoog, capaciteitsopbouw en versterking van de participatie van jongeren in democratische processen. De tweede editie van het WDA, die van 8 t\/m 14 december in het jongerencentrum van Lissabon in Portugal werd gehouden, had tot doel bestaande lacunes te overbruggen, begrip op te bouwen en de participatie van jongeren te versterken door middel van dialoog en samenwerking. Het bracht besluitvormers, jeugdwerkers, deskundigen en jongeren samen om deel te nemen aan discussies en diverse activiteiten gericht op het opbouwen van zinvolle participatie van jongeren in democratische processen.
