De studiesessie \"Youth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\", georganiseerd door DYPALL Network in samenwerking met de afdeling Jeugdzaken van de Raad van Europa, vond plaats van 27 oktober tot 1 november in het Europees Jeugdcentrum in Straatsburg (EYCS), Frankrijk. Het bracht 20 jongeren uit 16 lidstaten van de Raad van Europa samen, waaronder leden van lokale jeugdraden en politieke partijen, jeugdleiders, gemeentelijke werknemers en gekozen vertegenwoordigers.
