In de tweede editie van het WDA \u201cJeugd en democratie, de kloof overbruggen\u201d werd de aandacht gevestigd op de delicate relatie tussen jongeren en democratie en op de gevaren van hun terugtrekking uit traditionele vormen van participatie.\u00a0Op 10 december, de Internationale Dag van de Mensenrechten, vond de internationale conferentie plaats tijdens de Winter Democracy Academy.
