Met het oog op een gedeeld begrip van de deelname van digitale jongeren aan besluitvormingsprocessen op lokaal niveau en de uitwisseling van goede praktijken ter plaatse om de uitvoering ervan te bevorderen, diende het als een forum om de uitdagingen en kansen van digitale jongerenparticipatie te ondervragen. Ook moeten de behoeften van jongerenorganisaties worden beoordeeld die kunnen bijdragen tot een succesvolle en zinvolle uitvoering van digitale participatieprocessen.
