Digitale instrumenten kunnen worden gebruikt om de reeds bestaande structuren en processen voor jongerenparticipatie te ondersteunen of e-participatie in onlineomgevingen of een combinatie van beide die complementair kan zijn, te stimuleren. Deze conferentie was een ruimte voor een aantal van de verzamelde instrumenten voor een studie die aan vertegenwoordigers van de gemeente moest worden gepresenteerd.
