In dit verslag worden de resultaten gepresenteerd van een internationale opleiding in Maia, Portugal. Door gebruik te maken van de kennis en ervaring van diverse Europese en Zuid-mediterrane landen, vergemakkelijkte de opleiding zinvolle uitwisselingen tussen deelnemers. Het diende als platform voor het delen van best practices en het cre\u00ebren van een interculturele ruimte die de uitwisseling van waardevolle inzichten aanmoedigde. De opleiding omvatte participatie van jongeren, effectieve communicatie, samenwerking en belangenbehartiging.
