Projekta \u201cGAME+\u201d m\u0113r\u0137is ir izveidot inovat\u012bvu digit\u0101lo r\u012bku Learnus+, kas atbalsta jaunatnes darbinieku rad\u012bt\u0101s aktivit\u0101tes, piem\u0113rojot sp\u0113\u013cu sl\u0101ni jaunie\u0161u m\u0101c\u012bbu procesiem. Gamifik\u0101cija ietver sp\u0113\u013cu dizaina un meh\u0101nikas izmanto\u0161anu apst\u0101k\u013cos, kas nav saist\u012bti ar sp\u0113li, lai pied\u0101v\u0101tu inovat\u012bvus pedagogus, kas izgl\u012bt\u012bbas materi\u0101liem pievieno saisto\u0161us elementus un motiv\u0113 jaunatnes darbiniekus jautr\u0101 veid\u0101 pan\u0101kt kopienu. \u0160is projekts b\u016bs v\u0113rsts uz to, lai sniegtu atbalstu jaunatnes darbiniekiem un organiz\u0101cij\u0101m, kad tie gatavo savas regul\u0101r\u0101s darb\u012bbas, un lai atbalst\u012btu jaunie\u0161u digit\u0101lo l\u012bdzdal\u012bbu un m\u0101c\u012b\u0161anos tie\u0161saist\u0113. <\/p>\n

Pamatojoties uz \u0161\u012bs prakses anal\u012bzi un interv\u0113to jaunatnes darbinieku ieteikumiem, projekta partneri izveidos jaunu r\u012bku, kas pied\u0101v\u0101s sp\u0113\u013cu sl\u0101ni jaunie\u0161u darbam ar jaunatni un m\u0101c\u012b\u0161an\u0101s procesiem.
