Il progetto CHLaYdoscope mira a sostenere lo sviluppo della leadership giovanile basata sulla comunit\u00e0 (YCL) attraverso un innovativo programma di tutoraggio e istruzione non formale progettato e consegnato da esperti leader europei del Creative Hub (ECHL). La priorit\u00e0 principale che il progetto intende affrontare \u00e8: \"Promuovere la cittadinanza attiva, il senso di iniziativa dei giovani e l'imprenditorialit\u00e0 giovanile, anche sociale\".
