L'attivit\u00e0 di costruzione di partenariati (PBA) della rete DYPALL \"Youth participation for sustainable local democracies\" (Partecipazione dei giovani alle democrazie locali sostenibili) presso la 22a Universit\u00e0 della giovent\u00f9 e dello sviluppo di Mollina (Spagna) si \u00e8 svolta dal 17 al 24 settembre 2023. Il PBA \u00e8 dedicato a collegare i comuni e le organizzazioni della societ\u00e0 civile che lavorano sulla partecipazione dei giovani al processo decisionale locale per migliorare il coinvolgimento dei giovani nella progettazione delle politiche locali, in particolare quelle ambientali. Queste attivit\u00e0 sono organizzate dalla rete DYPALL con il sostegno del programma Erasmus+ attraverso l'agenzia nazionale portoghese. L'UYD \u00e8 un evento internazionale per i giovani che fa parte del programma congiunto iLEGEND III cofinanziato dall'Unione europea e dal Consiglio
