Youth Participation Matters \u00e8 un progetto della durata di 18 mesi realizzato dalla rete DYPALL che riunir\u00e0 varie organizzazioni non governative, rappresentanti delle autorit\u00e0 locali, ricercatori, animatori socioeducativi, animatori giovanili e giovani per discutere l'importanza e i modelli della partecipazione giovanile locale in Europa.
