La terza e ultima visita di studio del progetto \"Climbing the Ladder: Fostering a Culture of Youth Engagement CL-YE\" si \u00e8 svolta dal 2 al 6 dicembre 2024 a Bruxelles, in Belgio, ospitata dall'Assemblea delle regioni d'Europa (ARE). Questo incontro ha riunito i rappresentanti del consorzio di progetto per entrare in contatto con le principali istituzioni europee, approfondendo il modo in cui le prospettive dei giovani sono integrate nei processi decisionali a livello regionale ed europeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I partecipanti hanno partecipato all'Ufficio di presidenza autunnale dell'AER presso il Parlamento europeo, osservando i processi decisionali che stanno plasmando le regioni europee. Presso l'Ufficio di collegamento del Consiglio d'Europa, il consigliere politico Aleksandra Celar ha condiviso informazioni sugli sforzi volti a promuovere la partecipazione dei giovani ai processi democratici. I partecipanti hanno esplorato le opportunit\u00e0 di finanziamento di Erasmus+ con l'Agenzia esecutiva europea per l'istruzione e la cultura, imparando a conoscere il sostegno alle iniziative di coinvolgimento dei giovani in tutta Europa. L'incontro con Susannah Hallgren del gruppo ad hoc Giovent\u00f9 del CESE ha evidenziato i successi e le sfide nell'integrazione delle prospettive dei giovani nei processi consultivi dell'UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanno anche avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di incontrare i rappresentanti del Forum europeo della giovent\u00f9 e del Conseil de la Jeunesse Belgique (Consiglio belga della giovent\u00f9 della comunit\u00e0 francofona), per esplorare come le voci dei giovani modellano la governance e la difesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La visita a Bruxelles ha segnato un passo importante del progetto CL-YE, dopo le precedenti visite a Bratislava e Vienna. I partecipanti hanno riflettuto sugli insegnamenti tratti e hanno sottolineato l'importanza della collaborazione transfrontaliera per amplificare la voce dei giovani nella governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salire la scala: promuovere una cultura dell'impegno giovanile (CL-YE) \u00e8 guidato dalla rete DYPALL in partenariato con Europiamo (Italia), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norvegia), EDYN (Slovacchia), YEPP Europe (Germania), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d'Europe \u2013 AER (Francia) e SQ Learn (Grecia), nell'ambito del programma Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
