Dal 12 al 18 agosto, il primo visita di studio<\/strong> della Salire la scala: promuovere una cultura dell'impegno dei giovani (CL-YE)<\/em><\/strong> Il progetto si \u00e8 svolto a Bod\u00f8, in Norvegia, che \u00e8 la prima capitale europea della cultura a nord del Circolo Polare Artico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I partecipanti delle organizzazioni partner hanno partecipato alla AER Summer Academy<\/strong>, un evento biennale, che quest'anno \u00e8 stato organizzato in collaborazione con la contea di Nordland. L'Accademia estiva ha riunito le regioni europee per scambiare le migliori pratiche di partecipazione e inclusione dei giovani attraverso la cultura. L'evento \u00e8 stato caratterizzato da tavole rotonde, workshop interattivi e una visita a Kjerring\u00f8y<\/strong>, un sito storico che offre uno sguardo sul patrimonio culturale norvegese.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gli ultimi giorni della visita di studio si sono concentrati sulla comprensione delle strutture e dei quadri a sostegno della partecipazione dei giovani a Nordland. I partecipanti delle organizzazioni partner hanno acquisito un'esperienza diretta visitando Contea di Nordland<\/strong> e il dialogo con i rappresentanti del Consiglio della giovent\u00f9 di Nordland<\/strong>, il Programma Unge Stormen per i giovani<\/strong>, e La prima Scandinavia<\/strong>, un'organizzazione pioniera di metodi educativi innovativi. Tali visite hanno fornito informazioni sull'approccio di Nordland all'impegno dei giovani e sulle strutture di sostegno della contea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le intuizioni acquisite saranno raccolte in un rapporto completo che mostrer\u00e0 varie strategie per migliorare l'impegno dei giovani, responsabilizzare i giovani e fornire risorse pratiche per professionisti e responsabili politici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salire la scala: promuovere una cultura dell'impegno giovanile (CL-YE) \u00e8 guidato dalla rete DYPALL in collaborazione con Europiamo <\/a>(Italia), Nordland fylkeskommune<\/a> (Norvegia), EDYN <\/a>(Slovacchia), YEPP Europa<\/a> (Germania), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d'Europe \u2013 AER<\/a> (Francia) e SQ Imparare <\/a>(Grecia), nell'ambito del programma Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
