L'attivit\u00e0 si \u00e8 svolta presso il Centro europeo per la giovent\u00f9 a Strasburgo (Francia) dal 24 al 29 aprile 2022 e ha riunito 25 leader giovanili di 22 paesi diversi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'obiettivo della sessione di studio era fornire uno spazio di apprendimento per coinvolgere e dotare i delegati giovanili, gli animatori socioeducativi, i rappresentanti dei consigli giovanili locali e strutture di partecipazione simili di conoscenze e competenze pratiche per promuovere una partecipazione significativa dei giovani a livello locale in tutta Europa. Durante questa sessione di studio, i partecipanti hanno potuto condividere le opportunit\u00e0 e le minacce della pandemia di COVID-19 nel settore della partecipazione dei giovani ed esaminare le buone pratiche e gli strumenti esistenti per promuoverne la partecipazione a livello locale. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oggi condividiamo la relazione della sessione di studio <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\"<\/b><b><i>Salire la scala - Capacit\u00e0 dei leader giovanili di facilitare la partecipazione dei giovani al processo decisionale a livello locale<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> che fornisce al lettore una panoramica generale degli sviluppi della sessione e aiuta a comprendere le conclusioni e le esperienze condivise dai partecipanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La relazione presenta le diverse parti della sessione, quali:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motivazione, obiettivi, programma, profilo dei partecipanti<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">processo di apprendimento modellato dalle aspettative dei partecipanti<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">teorie e metodologie applicate, come il modello RMSOS relativo alla COVID-19, l'analisi dei ruoli chiave nel settore della giovent\u00f9, la scala della partecipazione dei giovani e il ciclo di sensibilizzazione<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attivit\u00e0 specifiche al fine di sviluppare una strategia di sensibilizzazione, la creazione di reti e le possibili opportunit\u00e0 di follow-up<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">valutazione conclusiva con l'intuizione dei partecipanti e i risultati della sessione.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/it\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La sessione di studio \"Climbing the ladder \u2013 Capacitating youth leaders to facilitate youth participation in the decision-making process at the local level\" \u00e8 stata organizzata dalla rete DYPALL e dall'Assemblea delle regioni d'Europa (AER), in collaborazione con il dipartimento per la giovent\u00f9 del Consiglio d'Europa.
