Sfruttare l'innovazione digitale per la partecipazione dei giovani a livello locale\", organizzata dalla rete DYPALL in collaborazione con il dipartimento per la giovent\u00f9 del Consiglio d'Europa presso il Centro europeo per la giovent\u00f9 di Strasburgo tra il 27 settembre e il 3 ottobre 2020. Il formato della sessione di studio ci ha permesso di invitare 3 esperti e docenti esterni:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Eva Henkens<\/strong> da <a href=\"https:\/\/l.facebook.com\/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.treecompany.be%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR3q5-ynw2EtlIeUQe6amis8s-0l39ElecJimM_sDdlhgzGIBHK3YODlGao&amp;h=AT2MCX6CsKrDFW7ivtE1kffLaLwHuhVS0gUNQlkaGWxS-m9UUfogVK5LvMN41CbA2gJkbwfR3KNX5h44vaSwshdREBXjbAVzUKwRbZJjthEXUIw-JclLEUnSC_Ajc3MoQlme4Q\">Compagnia degli Alberi<\/a> (Belgio) ha condotto seminari pratici sulla pianificazione di un processo di partecipazione elettronica di successo, presentando la metodologia, gli strumenti e le buone pratiche in materia<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Alexandra Chandran di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenlab.co\/?utm_source=citizenlabcom&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=brand\">CitizenLab<\/a> ha facilitato una simulazione pratica sulla loro piattaforma di e-governance, probabilmente il software pi\u00f9 sviluppato e complesso disponibile in Europa<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Eva Shepherd di <a href=\"https:\/\/nexusinstitut.de\/ueber-uns\/\">Nexus Institut for Cooperation Management and Interdisciplinary Research (Istituto per la gestione della cooperazione e la ricerca interdisciplinare)<\/a> (Germania) ci ha presentato il loro progetto \"<a href=\"https:\/\/digy-project.eu\/about-us\/\">DIGY \u2013 La partecipazione digitale dei giovani semplificata<\/a>\u201d e ci ha permesso di praticare la creazione di progetti e l'ideazione attraverso il <a href=\"https:\/\/opin.me\/\">OPIN<\/a> piattaforma \u2013 uno strumento gratuito di partecipazione elettronica destinato ai giovani.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, i partecipanti hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di discutere e confrontare le questioni essenziali della partecipazione dei giovani e dell'e-partecipazione come l'accesso, la comunicazione, le sfide o le minacce. hanno studiato e scambiato buone pratiche di e-partecipazione dei giovani e hanno elaborato 10 principi di utilizzo dell'e-partecipazione dei giovani. Con l'obiettivo di creare strategie e idee di follow-up di successo, i partecipanti hanno appreso le opportunit\u00e0 di finanziamento e hanno redatto idee di progetti locali e internazionali, da attuare nel prossimo futuro. Inoltre, prima, durante e dopo l'attivit\u00e0 i partecipanti sono stati impegnati e contattati attraverso un <strong>Discordia<\/strong> canale, che \u00e8 stato utilizzato per: fornire materiali, conoscere le aspettative dei partecipanti, rispondere alle loro domande e conoscersi prima dell'attivit\u00e0, nonch\u00e9 fornire aggiornamenti, seminari, votazioni e interazione in ambito digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Entro i prossimi 3 mesi, verr\u00e0 pubblicato un rapporto completo che riassume i risultati della sessione di studio.
