Sfruttare l'innovazione digitale per la partecipazione dei giovani a livello locale\", organizzata dalla rete DYPALL in collaborazione con il dipartimento per la giovent\u00f9 del Consiglio d'Europa presso il Centro europeo per la giovent\u00f9 di Strasburgo tra il 27 settembre e il 3 ottobre 2020.
