{"id":3595,"date":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","date_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=3595"},"modified":"2019-04-17T13:06:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-17T11:06:10","slug":"welcomeship-youth-exchange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/it\/activity\/welcomeship-youth-exchange\/","title":{"rendered":"BENVENUTO Scambio Giovani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network \u00e8 un partner del progetto Welcomeship, che sta per costruire comunit\u00e0 inclusive attraverso l'imprenditorialit\u00e0 basata sulla comunit\u00e0, coordinato da YEPP Europe.<\/p>\n<p>L'obiettivo generale del progetto \u00e8 sviluppare, attuare e testare il modello \"Welcomeship\", un modello di apprendimento dell'imprenditorialit\u00e0 per i giovani con minori opportunit\u00e0, compresi i giovani migranti, i rifugiati e i giovani locali. Il modello \"Welcomeship\" si basa su metodi di apprendimento non formale e sulla pratica collaborativa. Rafforza l'interazione tra locali e nuovi arrivati, affronta le paure e i pregiudizi e promuove lo spirito di comunit\u00e0 come obiettivo generale. I giovani locali e i giovani migranti sviluppano idee imprenditoriali che affrontano i problemi della comunit\u00e0 e costruiscono partenariati con le parti interessate per portare un cambiamento positivo nelle comunit\u00e0 locali. Questa collaborazione ha lo scopo di portare all'apertura, alla tolleranza e a un'atmosfera di solidariet\u00e0 nella comunit\u00e0. In definitiva, il modello \"Welcomeship\" mira a diventare uno strumento per comunit\u00e0 inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Tra 5<sup>th<\/sup> e 11<sup>th<\/sup> Lo scorso aprile si \u00e8 svolto uno scambio di giovani ad Albenga, in Italia, dove tutti i partner hanno avuto rappresentanti delle formazioni locali. Secondo la mappatura dei diversi background, c'erano 30 paesi e 5 continenti rappresentati in questa attivit\u00e0. A questa attivit\u00e0 hanno partecipato 4 giovani di ogni partner pi\u00f9 un formatore, che hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di condividere le loro esperienze e risultati a livello locale e migliorare i propri progetti. Durante la settimana, il gruppo ha affrontato diversi argomenti come lo sviluppo di idee, la mappatura degli stakeholder, la tela del modello di business e la prototipazione in spiaggia.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, i partecipanti hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di scoprire un po' di pi\u00f9 della realt\u00e0 locale e di altri paesi\". C'\u00e8 stato anche il tempo di simulare uno spettacolo di Shark Tank in cui i partecipanti hanno presentato le loro idee davanti al sindaco di Albenga, agli imprenditori locali, ai rappresentanti delle ONG e ai giornalisti.
