La sessione di studio \"Youth Democracy Academy for young policy-makers\", organizzata dalla rete DYPALL in collaborazione con il dipartimento per la giovent\u00f9 del Consiglio d'Europa, si \u00e8 svolta dal 27 ottobre al 1\u00b0 novembre presso il Centro europeo per la giovent\u00f9 di Strasburgo (EYCS), in Francia. Ha riunito 20 giovani provenienti da 16 Stati membri del Consiglio d'Europa, tra cui membri di consigli giovanili locali e partiti politici, leader giovanili, lavoratori comunali e rappresentanti eletti.
