unutar \u201ePlivanje ljestvama \u2013 poticanje kulture anga\u017emana mladih (CL-YE)\u201d<\/em><\/strong> projekt, mre\u017ea DYPALL bila je doma\u0107in prvog te\u010daja osposobljavanja za Skupinu posrednika mladih za demokraciju. Osposobljavanje se odr\u017ealo od 7. do 12. travnja u Portim\u00e3u u Portugalu, a okupilo je 16 mladih \u010delnika iz 11 razli\u010ditih zemalja, koji su aktivno uklju\u010deni u sektor mladih u svojim lokalnim zajednicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glavni cilj tog osposobljavanja bio je mladima u dobi od 18 do 25 godina pru\u017eiti potrebne alate, znanje i vje\u0161tine za potporu organizacijama u provedbi ili ja\u010danju mehanizama za anga\u017eman mladih. Koriste\u0107i se metodologijama neformalnog obrazovanja i vo\u0111eni iskusnim predava\u010dima, sudionici su bili uronjeni u dinami\u010dno okru\u017eenje za u\u010denje u kojem su mogli razmjenjivati iskustva, razvijati kompetencije i graditi mre\u017ee s kolegama iz cijele Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25aa Paralelne radionice o financiranju EU-a i istra\u017eivanju u sektoru mladih
\u25aa Uvod u publikaciju CL-YE \u201eSmjernice o modelima i mehanizmima anga\u017emana mladih\u201d<\/em><\/strong>
\u25aa Razvoj \u201ePaket instrumenata za osobe koje olak\u0161avaju rad s mladima\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To po\u010detno osposobljavanje va\u017ean je korak u inicijativi CL-YE. Skupina posrednika ponovno \u0107e se sastati na strate\u0161kom sastanku u Italiji, organiziranom u suradnji s ETS Europeamo<\/strong>, nastavak izgradnje kapaciteta i daljnji razvoj rezultata projekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt CL-YE koordinira mre\u017ea DYPALL u partnerstvu s ETS-om Europeamo (Italija), YEPP EUROPE (Njema\u010dka), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norve\u0161ka), EDYN (Slova\u010dka), Skup\u0161tina europskih regija \u2013 AER (Francuska) i SQLearn (Gr\u010dka), a sufinancira se iz programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
