Tre\u0107i i zavr\u0161ni studijski posjet projektu \u201eSpu\u0161tanje ljestvama: Poticanje kulture anga\u017emana mladih CL-YE\u201d odr\u017ean je od 2. do 6. prosinca 2024. u Bruxellesu (Belgija) u organizaciji Skup\u0161tine europskih regija (AER). Na toj su se sve\u010danosti okupili predstavnici projektnog konzorcija kako bi se povezali s klju\u010dnim europskim institucijama i razmotrili kako su perspektive mladih integrirane u postupke dono\u0161enja odluka na regionalnoj i europskoj razini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sudionici su prisustvovali jesenskom predsjedni\u0161tvu EAR-a u Europskom parlamentu, promatraju\u0107i postupke dono\u0161enja odluka koji oblikuju europske regije. U Uredu za vezu Vije\u0107a Europe savjetnica za politiku Aleksandra Celar podijelila je informacije o naporima za promicanje sudjelovanja mladih u demokratskim procesima. Sudionici su zajedno s Europskom izvr\u0161nom agencijom za obrazovanje i kulturu istra\u017eili mogu\u0107nosti financiranja programa Erasmus+ i saznali vi\u0161e o potpori inicijativama za anga\u017eman mladih diljem Europe. Na sastanku sa Susannah Hallgren iz EGSO-ove Ad hoc skupine za mlade istaknuti su uspjesi i izazovi u integraciji perspektiva mladih u savjetodavne postupke EU-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tako\u0111er su imali priliku sastati se s predstavnicima Europskog foruma mladih i Conseil de la Jeunesse Belgique (belgijsko vije\u0107e mladih francuske jezi\u010dne zajednice) kako bi istra\u017eili kako glasovi mladih oblikuju upravljanje i zagovaranje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posjet Bruxellesu ozna\u010dio je va\u017ean korak u projektu CL-YE nakon prethodnih posjeta Bratislavi i Be\u010du. Sudionici su se osvrnuli na ste\u010dena iskustva i naglasili va\u017enost prekograni\u010dne suradnje kako bi se pove\u0107ao glas mladih u upravljanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uspon na ljestve: poticanje kulture anga\u017emana mladih (CL-YE) vodi mre\u017ea DYPALL u partnerstvu s Europiamo (Italija), Nordland fylkeskommune (Norve\u0161ka), EDYN (Slova\u010dka), YEPP Europe (Njema\u010dka), Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions d\u2019Europe \u2013 AER (Francuska) i SQ Learn (Gr\u010dka) u okviru programa Erasmus+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
