Nakon prvih devet mjeseci svog mandata u Savjetodavnom vije\u0107u za mlade (AC) Vije\u0107a Europe, Gianluca Rossino, predstavnik DYPALL mre\u017ee, dijeli neka promi\u0161ljanja iz tog iskustva.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u201eKao predstavnik mre\u017ee DYPALL imam \u010dast sudjelovati u Zajedni\u010dkom vije\u0107u za mlade, tijelu za dono\u0161enje odluka u sektoru mladih, zajedno s 29 kolega \u010dlanova Savjetodavnog vije\u0107a i predstavnicima 46 vladinih \u010dlanova Vije\u0107a Europe.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Nakon dobrodo\u0161log osposobljavanja u lipnju 2022. kona\u010dno smo se sastali u listopadu 2022. u Europskom centru za mlade u Budimpe\u0161ti, gdje smo raspravljali o mnogim temama i donijeli neke odluke. To je bilo intrigantno iskustvo jer je to prvi put da sudjeluje na sastanku Zajedni\u010dkog vije\u0107a. Nakon pola dana posve\u0107enog razmjeni mi\u0161ljenja s Europskim forumom mladih usredoto\u010dili smo se na izno\u0161enje odre\u0111enih prijedloga i odlu\u010divanje o stajali\u0161tu Administrativne komisije o klju\u010dnim temama, kao \u0161to je nastavak kampanje za mlade 2022. o revitalizaciji demokracije. Tamo sam preuzeo odgovornost za neke od to\u010daka dnevnog reda, uklju\u010duju\u0107i prijedlog za osnivanje skupine za izradu nacrta kako bi se utvrdile smjernice o <\/span>gra\u0111anstvo i sudjelovanje mladih u javnom \u017eivotu, koji \u0107e se uspostaviti 2023. Sve u svemu, ono \u0161to mogu podijeliti o ovoj vrsti iskustva i institucionalnom kontekstu jest da je vrlo slo\u017eeno uklju\u010diti se u sva pitanja o kojima se raspravljalo tijekom trodnevnih sastanaka, ali klju\u010dno je biti spreman i podijeliti svoje stajali\u0161te kada smatrate da imate ne\u0161to za re\u0107i i ra\u010dunati.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Mjesec dana kasnije ponovno sam pozvan u Budimpe\u0161tu kao predstavnik Savjetodavnog vije\u0107a na seminar o autonomiji mladih te sam imao priliku biti jedan od govornika na uvodnom panelu. Nadalje, kao prvi olovo u portfelju povezanom s <\/span>U\u0111i!<\/span><\/a>, u prosincu 2022. sudjelovao sam na savjetodavnom sastanku na kojem su sudjelovali voditelji dugoro\u010dnog te\u010daja osposobljavanja usmjerenog na tu temu, koji je upravo zaklju\u010den mjesec dana ranije, i nekoliko drugih predstavnika javnih tijela i civilnog dru\u0161tva. Tamo smo predlo\u017eili neke konkretne mjere za daljnju provedbu ove preporuke, a rad s mladima utje\u010de na pristup mladih socijalnim pravima, posebno za one koji \u017eive u siroma\u0161nim \u010detvrtima, kao \u0161to su bli\u017ea suradnja s lokalnim i regionalnim vlastima i stvaranje obrazovnih materijala kojima se mo\u017ee lako pristupiti i dobiti alat za osposobljavanje na internetu.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>U prosincu 2022. ponovno sam bio u Budimpe\u0161ti u okviru drugog programskog odbora godine, tijela kojim se zajedni\u010dki upravlja i koje je odgovorno za odluke o aktivnostima koje \u0107e se odr\u017eati u europskim centrima za mlade u Strasbourgu i Budimpe\u0161ti te o zahtjevima za financiranje podnesenima Europskoj zakladi za mlade. U njoj sam tako\u0111er dio radne skupine za studijske sastanke te sam bio izvjestitelj za radnu skupinu za dodatne kriterije za pilot-aktivnosti, koja je svoj rad dovr\u0161ila u studenome pro\u0161le godine. Povjerenstvo je jednoglasno usvojilo preporuke koje smo predlo\u017eili.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Nedavno sam u sije\u010dnju 2023. postao predvodnik u portfelju \u201eSuradnja s Kongresom lokalnih i regionalnih vlasti\u201d Vije\u0107a Europe. Do kraja ovog mjeseca radit \u0107emo na odabiru nove generacije mladih delegata. Svake se godine za to vrlo formativno i dragocjeno iskustvo odabire samo jedna mlada osoba iz svake dr\u017eave \u010dlanice, \u0161to mladima omogu\u0107uje da se pridru\u017ee aktivnostima Kongresa i dodatno uvedu perspektive mladih u njegov rad na politikama. Nakon \u0161to sam imao tu priliku, mogu podijeliti koliko to mo\u017ee biti motiviraju\u0107e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Zaklju\u010dno, razmotrimo predstoje\u0107e mjesece.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sudjelovat \u0107u na evaluacijskoj konferenciji kampanje za mlade 2022. (u Strasbourgu po\u010detkom velja\u010de) i na <\/span>Konferencija o odr\u017eivosti u mobilnosti u svrhu u\u010denja<\/span><\/a>, koja \u0107e se odr\u017eati u Njema\u010dkoj nekoliko tjedana kasnije. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Sljede\u0107i sastanak Savjetodavnog vije\u0107a i Zajedni\u010dkog vije\u0107a odr\u017eat \u0107e se u o\u017eujku 2023. u Strasbourgu, a raspravljat \u0107e se o novim va\u017enim pitanjima. Radujem se \u0161to \u0107u o njima podijeliti vi\u0161e informacija u sljede\u0107im biltenima mre\u017ee DYPALL.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
