Aktivnost je odr\u017eana u Europskom centru za mlade u Strasbourgu (Francuska) od 24. do 29. travnja 2022., a okupila je 25 voditelja mladih iz 22 razli\u010dite zemlje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cilj studijskog zasjedanja bio je osigurati prostor za u\u010denje kako bi se izaslanici mladih, osobe koje rade s mladima, predstavnici lokalnih vije\u0107a mladih i sli\u010dnih struktura za sudjelovanje uklju\u010dili i opremili prakti\u010dnim znanjem i vje\u0161tinama za poticanje smislenog sudjelovanja mladih na lokalnoj razini diljem Europe. Tijekom tog studijskog sastanka sudionici su mogli podijeliti mogu\u0107nosti i prijetnje pandemije bolesti COVID-19 u podru\u010dju sudjelovanja mladih te ispitati postoje\u0107e dobre prakse i alate za poticanje njihova sudjelovanja na lokalnoj razini. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danas dijelimo izvje\u0161\u0107e sa studijske sjednice <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/u.pcloud.link\/publink\/show?code=XZwlNhVZ58B5C5FmHK0CWPwFjFELLp4br4GX\"><b>\u201e<\/b><b><i>Uspon na ljestve \u2013 sposobnost voditelja mladih da olak\u0161aju sudjelovanje mladih u postupku dono\u0161enja odluka na lokalnoj razini<\/i><\/b><b>\u201d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> koja \u010ditatelju daje op\u0107i pregled razvoja sjednice i poma\u017ee u razumijevanju zaklju\u010daka i iskustava koje dijele sudionici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U izvje\u0161\u0107u su predstavljeni razli\u010diti dijelovi sjednice, kao \u0161to su:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motivacija, ciljevi, program, profil sudionika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proces u\u010denja oblikovan o\u010dekivanjima sudionika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">primijenjene teorije i metodologije, kao \u0161to su model RMSOS-a povezan s bole\u0161\u0107u COVID-19, analiza klju\u010dnih uloga u podru\u010dju mladih, ljestvica sudjelovanja mladih i ciklus zagovaranja<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posebne aktivnosti za razvoj strategije informiranja, umre\u017eavanja i mogu\u0107ih daljnjih mogu\u0107nosti<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kona\u010dna evaluacija s uvidom sudionika i ishodima sjednice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/hr\/2022\/09\/26\/report-from-the-study-session-climbing-the-ladder-capaciting-youth-leaders-to-facilitate-youth-participation-in-the-decision-making-processes-at-a-local-level\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-5943\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5943\" src=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/c2ce093d-8e2e-443e-8164-a3e3013c47f8.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U suradnji s Odjelom za mlade Vije\u0107a Europe, mre\u017ea DYPALL i Skup\u0161tina europskih regija (AER) organizirali su studijski sastanak pod nazivom \u201ePlitanje ljestvama \u2013 sposobnost voditelja mladih da olak\u0161aju sudjelovanje mladih u postupku dono\u0161enja odluka na lokalnoj razini\u201d.
