{"id":5474,"date":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5474"},"modified":"2022-04-08T14:42:09","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T13:42:09","slug":"youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/hr\/training-course\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/","title":{"rendered":"MLADI PRIMJENJUJE PODRU\u010cJE: OBRAZOVANJE KAKO PRIMJENJUJE SUDJELOVANJE MLADIH U ODLU\u010cIVANJE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mladi zauzimaju kat: te\u010daj osposobljavanja o tome kako pove\u0107ati sudjelovanje mladih u dono\u0161enju odluka <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organizirala ga je mre\u017ea DYPALL od 20. o\u017eujka do 26. o\u017eujka 2022. u Bragi (Portugal).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voditelji mladih, osobe koje rade s mladima i op\u0107inski slu\u017ebenici odgovorni za mlade iz 13 zemalja Vije\u0107a Europe <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aktivno su sudjelovali u dijeljenju prostora kako bi bolje razumjeli ulogu mladih vo\u0111a u na\u0161im demokracijama i pobolj\u0161ali postupke dono\u0161enja odluka na lokalnoj razini<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sudionici su razvili kompetencije za stvaranje i podupiranje struktura i instrumenata za sudjelovanje mladih koji omogu\u0107uju mladima da utje\u010du i budu uklju\u010deni u osmi\u0161ljavanje lokalnih politika za mlade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tijekom treninga, sudionici su posjetili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centrojuventudebraga.pt\/centre\/about\">Centar za mlade Braga<\/a>, \u010diji je cilj biti <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">visokokvalitetni standardi referenca za rad s mladima. Tako\u0111er su dobili uvid u organizaciju prvog nacionalnog susreta lokalnih vije\u0107a mladih u Portugalu, na \u010delu s op\u0107inama Braga i Porto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osim toga, sudionici su nau\u010dili vi\u0161e o financiranju svojih projekata preko sredstava kao \u0161to su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/en\/web\/european-youth-foundation\">Europska zaklada za mlade<\/a>. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osposobljavanje je pridonijelo i boljem razumijevanju osoba koje rade s mladima o tome kako razviti svoje participativne strukture mladih na lokalnoj razini integracijom i istra\u017eivanjem digitalnih platformi kao \u0161to su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/democracyreloading\/\">Skup alata za ponovno u\u010ditavanje demokracije<\/a> ili<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europegoeslocal.eu\/changemakerskit\/\"> The Changemakers Kit<\/a>, koju je razvila organizacija Europe Goes Local,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kojima se mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati sudjelovanje mladih.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te\u010daj osposobljavanja sufinancirala je Europska zaklada za mlade Vije\u0107a Europe, a organiziran je uz potporu op\u0107ine Braga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/hr\/2022\/04\/08\/youth-takes-the-floor-a-training-course-on-how-to-increase-youth-participation-in-decision-making\/youth-participation\/#main\" rel=\"attachment
