Osposobljavanje je odr\u017eano od 27th<\/sup> rujan \u2013 3.rd<\/sup> od listopada u Bilbau, \u0160panjolska, u organizaciji DYPALL mre\u017ee u suradnji s Novisi Elkartea. Osobe koje rade s mladima i op\u0107inski slu\u017ebenici iz Bugarske, Hrvatske, Gr\u010dke, Italije, Portugala, Slova\u010dke, \u0160panjolske i Turske istra\u017eivali su temu zajedni\u010dkog upravljanja centrima za mlade s mladima.<\/p>\n

Te\u010daj se temeljio na metodologijama neformalnog obrazovanja i imao je za cilj doprinijeti stru\u010dnom razvoju svih sudionika, pru\u017eaju\u0107i im priliku da unaprijede svoje znanje, kompetencije i sposobnosti o teorijskom kontekstu sudjelovanja mladih. Osim toga, istra\u017euju\u0107i razli\u010dite modele i prakse u upravljanju centrima za mlade, sudionici su imali pristup nekoliko metodologija koje su mogli primijeniti u skladu sa svojim specifi\u010dnim kontekstom i ciljem.<\/p>\n

Sudionici su imali priliku pobolj\u0161ati svoje kompetencije u stvaranju participativnih okru\u017eenja i strategija za rje\u0161avanje problema s ciljem uklju\u010divanja mladih u procese zajedni\u010dkog stvaranja centara za mlade. Kompetencije kao \u0161to su planiranje, organiziranje, upravljanje osobljem, vo\u0111enje ili usmjeravanje te usmjeravanje prostora za postizanje cilja istra\u017eene su i prilago\u0111ene svakom kontekstu kako bi se sudionicima omogu\u0107ilo da prenesu znanje u vlastitu stvarnost.<\/p>\n

Drugi klju\u010dni element bila je prilika da sudionici podijele iskustva i izazove s kojima se suo\u010davaju u upravljanju prostorima za mlade i poticanju sudjelovanja mladih.<\/p>\n

Taj te\u010daj osposobljavanja organiziran je uz potporu programa Erasmus+ preko \u0161panjolske nacionalne agencije INJUVE.<\/p>\n
