{"id":5130,"date":"2021-09-17T17:36:18","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T16:36:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/?p=5130"},"modified":"2021-09-17T17:36:18","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T16:36:18","slug":"youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-training-and-study-visit-in-poland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dypall.com\/hr\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-training-and-study-visit-in-poland\/","title":{"rendered":"Sudjelovanje mladih u inovativnom obrazovanju u op\u0107ini Zalewo \u2013 Osposobljavanje i studijski posjet Poljskoj"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Od 13. do 17. rujna voditelji osposobljavanja u okviru mre\u017ee DYPALL posjetili su Elbl\u0105g i I\u0142awu u sjevernoj Poljskoj u okviru projekta \u201eSudjelovanje mladih u inovativnom obrazovanju u op\u0107ini Zalewo\u201d koji je koordinirala <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forumanimatorow.org\/\">Forum Animator\u00f3w Spo\u0142ecznych<\/a>. Cilj projekta bio je pove\u0107ati gra\u0111ansku aktivnost mladih iz op\u0107ine Zalewo primjenom modela aktivacije mladih na temelju primjera koje su portugalske organizacije podijelile tijekom <a href=\"https:\/\/dypall.com\/hr\/activity\/youth-participatory-for-innovative-education-in-the-zalewo-commune-study-visit-in-portugal\/\">studijski posjet Portim\u00e3u<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Treneri DYPALL mre\u017ee posjetili su Poljsku kako bi podr\u017eali provedbu lokalne aktivnosti sudjelovanja mladih. U utorak i srijedu educirali smo 20 mladih i 4 nastavnika iz 4 \u0161kole u lokalnim ruralnim podru\u010djima, koji su nau\u010dili o sudjelovanju mladih i njihovoj mo\u0107i da promijene svoju lokalnu stvarnost. Slijede\u0107i metodologiju osmi\u0161ljavanja, mladi su analizirali probleme i potrebe svojih vr\u0161njaka, definirali postoje\u0107e probleme, razmi\u0161ljali o mogu\u0107im rje\u0161enjima te na kraju pred ravnateljima \u0161kola kreirali i testirali prototipove svojih ideja. Planirane inicijative provest \u0107e se u prvoj polovici \u0161kolske godine.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak posjeta bio je posve\u0107en studijskom posjetu I\u0142awi. Sastanci s lokalnim studentskim sindikatima i lokalnim vije\u0107em mladih omogu\u0107ili su nam da bolje razumijemo razlike izme\u0111u struktura sudjelovanja mladih i podijelimo s mladima i osobama koje rade s mladima dio europske dobre prakse koju je Mre\u017ea DYPALL mapirala u teku\u0107oj studiji o modelima sudjelovanja mladih.
