1. o\u017eujka 2021. DYPALL mre\u017ea<\/strong> sudjelovao je na uvodnom sastanku projekta putem interneta \u201eRast i pristup tisu\u0107lje\u0107ima programa Erasmus+<\/strong>\u201d (GAME+) koju koordinira \u010dlan mre\u017ee DYPALL Europe4Youth<\/strong> (Poljska) s jo\u0161 dva partnera: Centar za aktivizam mladih CYA KRIK<\/strong> (Sjeverna Makedonija) i Bangherang APS<\/strong> (Italija).<\/p>\n

Cilj je projekta \u201eGAME+\u201d stvoriti inovativni digitalni alat Learnus+ kojim se podupiru aktivnosti koje stvaraju osobe koje rade s mladima primjenom sloja gamifikacije na procese u\u010denja mladih. Gamifikacija se sastoji od kori\u0161tenja dizajna igara i mehanike u kontekstu koji nije igra, kako bi se ponudili inovativni pedagozi koji dodaju zanimljive elemente obrazovnom materijalu i motiviraju osobe koje rade s mladima da nastave sustizati zajednicu na zabavan na\u010din. Ovaj projekt bit \u0107e usmjeren na pru\u017eanje potpore osobama koje rade s mladima i organizacijama koje pripremaju svoje redovite aktivnosti te na podupiranje digitalnog sudjelovanja i u\u010denja mladih putem interneta. <\/p>\n

Ciljevi projekta su:
\n\u2013 ponuditi novi, inovativni digitalni alat koji se temelji na metodi gamifikacije,
\n\u2013 pobolj\u0161ati digitalno sudjelovanje i digitalnu uklju\u010denost mladih,
\n\u2013 poticati i motivirati mlade da se koriste obrazovnim igrama kao alatom za u\u010denje na internetu,
\n\u2013 usmjeriti kapacitete osoba koje rade s mladima, mladih i organizacija mladih na europskoj razini.<\/p>\n

U prvoj fazi projekta konzorcij \u0107e pokrenuti opse\u017ena istra\u017eivanja o studijama slu\u010daja i dobrim praksama primjene metoda gamifikacije od strane osoba koje rade s mladima i organizacija mladih. Na temelju analize tih praksi i preporuka intervjuiranih osoba koje rade s mladima, partneri projekta stvorit \u0107e novi alat koji nudi sloj gamifikacije za rad s mladima i procese u\u010denja mladih. Projekt uklju\u010duje te\u010daj osposobljavanja za osobe koje rade s mladima s ciljem razvoja njihovih vje\u0161tina u primjeni metoda i alata gamifikacije u radu s mladima i testiranja digitalnog alata stvorenog u okviru projekta.<\/p>\n

Rezultati projekta \u2013 inovativni digitalni alat Learnus+ i Smjernice za upotrebu alata za gamificiranje u radu s mladima \u2013 \u0161irit \u0107e se nizom doga\u0111anja s multiplikacijskim u\u010dinkom u \u010detirima zemljama.<\/p>\n

Projekt financira Europska unija u okviru programa Erasmus+: Strate\u0161ko partnerstvo za inovacije u podru\u010dju mladih.<\/p>\n
