DYPALL je ponosni partner Welcomeshipa, projekta \u010diji je cilj premostiti jaz izme\u0111u mladih migranata i lokalnih mladih kroz poduzetni\u0161tvo u zajednici.<\/span><\/p>\n

Izme\u0111u 24<\/span>th<\/span> i 30<\/span>th<\/span> od listopada, DYPALL je sudjelovao u projektu Welcomeship u organizaciji YEPP EUROPA u Stockholmu. Tijekom ovog tjedna odr\u017eano je osposobljavanje trenera na kojem su sudjelovali partneri iz \u0161est zemalja, kao \u0161to su Portugal, \u0160vedska, Finska, Ujedinjena Kraljevina, Italija i Njema\u010dka. Osposobljavanje se odvijalo u razli\u010ditim ku\u0107ama za mlade, a cilj mu je bio osposobiti i osna\u017eiti osobe koje rade s mladima i trenere za mlade iz partnerskih organizacija da postanu voditelji te\u010daja dobrodo\u0161lice, podu\u010davaju\u0107i ih da klju\u010dne teme iznesu na neformalan, participativan i inovativan na\u010din te tako olak\u0161aju razumijevanje i anga\u017eman mladih.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ovim \u0107e se projektom stvoriti nekoliko intelektualnih rezultata, od kojih \u0107e jedan biti vodi\u010d koji \u0107e se koristiti kao alat za olak\u0161avanje lokalnog osposobljavanja. Izradit \u0107e se i YouTube kanal na kojem \u0107e se mo\u0107i pratiti razli\u010diti vodi\u010di o pet modula vodi\u010da: \u201eOpening Minds & Doors\u201d, \u201eEntrepreneurship & Community\u201d, \u201eIdea Development\u201d, \u201eThe Market: Od ideje do poduze\u0107a\u201d i \u201eLaunching & Scaling\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lokalna obuka odr\u017eat \u0107e se od prosinca do sije\u010dnja u Portim\u00e3u, a okupit \u0107e mlade iz grada, posebno one koji su migranti ili su migrantskog podrijetla. Pet ve\u010deri dobrodo\u0161lice, doga\u0111anja razli\u010ditih formata na kojima se zajednica mo\u017ee okupiti i podijeliti svoje projekte i potrebe, organizirat \u0107e se paralelno s lokalnom obukom.<\/span><\/p>\n
