Izgradnja uklju\u010divih zajednica putem poduzetni\u0161tva koje se temelji na zajednici"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network jedan je od partnera projekta \u201eDobrodo\u0161li! izgradnja uklju\u010divih zajednica putem poduzetni\u0161tva koje se temelji na zajednici\u201d i trenuta\u010dno je prisutan na sastanku partnera koji \u0107e se odr\u017eati od 26. do 30. travnja 2018. u Berlinu u Njema\u010dkoj.<\/p>\n<p>Na sastanku \u0107e partneri predstaviti svoj rad, razmijeniti informacije o tome \u0161to ih motivira za projekt Welcomeship te pogledati klju\u010dne elemente i vremenski okvir projekta.\u00a0U projektu Welcomeship razvijamo model poduzetni\u010dkog u\u010denja u zajednici za mlade kao sredstvo izgradnje inkluzivnih zajednica.<\/p>\n<p>Ciljevi su, me\u0111u ostalim, izgradnja kapaciteta mladih i osoba koje rade s mladima, promicanje suradnje me\u0111u lokalnim dionicima, tvorcima politika, lokalnim mladima te mladim migrantima i izbjeglicama kako bi se izgradila kultura dijaloga, otvorenosti i prevladale predrasude i strahovi te razvio \u0161irok raspon radnih alata za rad na integraciji i uklju\u010divanju u drugim europskim zajednicama.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj je modela iskoristiti raznolikost za ve\u0107u socijalnu koheziju, a temelji se na suradni\u010dkom u\u010denju i dijalogu izme\u0111u lokalnog stanovni\u0161tva i mladih iz svih sredina, uklju\u010duju\u0107i migrante i izbjeglice; podi\u017ee duh zajednice i mladima pru\u017ea posebne vje\u0161tine kako bi mogli aktivno doprinositi dru\u0161tvu i zajednicama u kojima \u017eive.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2862\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG-20180427-WA00052.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-column2-11 wp-image-2863\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG-20180427-WA00061.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-column2-11 wp-image-2864\" src=\"http:\/\/dypall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/IMG-20180427-WA00071.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DYPALL Network jedan je od partnera projekta \u201eDobrodo\u0161li! izgradnja uklju\u010divih zajednica putem poduzetni\u0161tva koje se temelji na zajednici\u201d i trenuta\u010dno je prisutan na sastanku partnera koji \u0107e se odr\u017eati od 26. do 30. travnja 2018. u Berlinu u Njema\u010dkoj.
