“Op\u0107ina Portim\u00e3o, koju je osporila lokalna nevladina organizacija ECOS \u2013 Cooperativa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento, odlu\u010dila se pridru\u017eiti Mre\u017ei od samog po\u010detka s intuicijom da je to na\u010din za razvoj nove kulture sudjelovanja mladih u dono\u0161enju odluka o svim pitanjima povezanima s mladima te za davanje dinami\u010dnosti lokalnom vije\u0107u mladih grada.<\/em>
\n Sudjelovanjem u radu Mre\u017ee, odnosno u raznim radnim sastancima, sastancima osoba koje rade s mladima, seminarima i osposobljavanjima, op\u0107ina Portim\u00e3o shvatila je da mnogi od izazova s kojima se suo\u010davamo u radu s mladima i njihovo sudjelovanje u zajednici zajedni\u010dki su i dijele ve\u0107ina partnera DYPALL-a, bilo da je rije\u010d o lokalnim vlastima, ali i nevladinim organizacijama, udrugama mladih<\/strong>, itd. Naposljetku, razmjena dobrih praksi i strategija za razvoj struktura sudjelovanja mladih stvarna je dodana vrijednost za izgradnju kapaciteta tehni\u010dkog osoblja i osoba koje rade s mladima, ali i rukovoditelja i politi\u010dara.<\/em>
\n Va\u017eno je promicati sudjelovanje mladih kroz procese savjetovanja koji omogu\u0107uju rasprave i razmjenu mi\u0161ljenja s mladima, udrugama mladih i lokalnim vlastima, kao i kroz osmi\u0161ljavanje i odlu\u010divanje o strategijama i politikama za razvoj lokalnog teritorija.<\/em>“<\/p>\n
