Inicijativa koju organizira ADYNE Netherlands u partnerstvu s mre\u017eom DYPALL (Razvoj sudjelovanja mladih na lokalnoj razini), a sufinancira se iz programa Europske unije Erasmus+, doma\u0107in je doga\u0111anja \u201eOleander groepsaccommodatie\u201d u Odiliapeelu od 15. do 21. studenoga.<\/p>\n<p>Osposobljavanje, ostvareno u okviru aktivnosti izgradnje kapaciteta DYPALL mre\u017ee, dovodi u Nizozemsku <strong>30 sudionika, predstavnika organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva, osoba koje rade s mladima, voditelja mladih i predstavnika lokalnih vlasti kako bi razmijenili, raspravljali i predstavili svoje perspektive i razumijevanje sudjelovanja mladih u postupcima dono\u0161enja odluka na lokalnoj, nacionalnoj i europskoj razini. Bit \u0107e zastupljeno 11 zemalja: Austrija, Gr\u010dka, Italija, Latvija, biv\u0161a jugoslavenska Republika Makedonija, Nizozemska, Poljska, Portugal, Rumunjska, \u0160vedska i Turska.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ova je aktivnost prostor u kojem sudionici mogu ponovno razmisliti o svojim intervencijama povezanima s mladim migrantima i sudjelovanjem mladih na lokalnoj razini te odgovoriti na pitanja kao \u0161to su: kako institucije mogu bolje odgovoriti na potrebe mladih; kako mogu bolje oblikovati svoje inicijative kako bi im se pru\u017eila stvarna mogu\u0107nost da postanu akteri i donesu odluke, \u010dime se konkretno poti\u010de njihovo sudjelovanje; koja bi trebala biti potpora civilnog dru\u0161tva i osoba koje rade s mladima kako bi se poduprle obje strane.
