Jacques je od malih nogu duboko uklju\u010den u volonterski i asocijacijski rad. Tijekom svojih sveu\u010dili\u0161nih godina, preuzeo je vodstvo u organizaciji doga\u0111aja usmjerenih na pobolj\u0161anje razvoja studenata i dru\u0161tvenog sudjelovanja. Njegov rad u Mozambiku koristio je metodu participativne ruralne procjene, postavljaju\u0107i \u010dvrste temelje za svoje istra\u017eiva\u010dke vje\u0161tine. Prijelazom na poduzetni\u0161tvo, Jacques je nastavio graditi svoju stru\u010dnost u upravljanju projektima, zadr\u017eavaju\u0107i sna\u017enu predanost volonterskom radu s lokalnim nevladinim organizacijama.
