Le projet vise \u00e0 fournir et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un outil num\u00e9rique innovant et gemm\u00e9 qui offrira aux jeunes des pays partenaires la possibilit\u00e9 d'apprendre en ligne pour le d\u00e9veloppement communautaire, la citoyennet\u00e9 active et les processus d\u00e9cisionnels.
